Any visitor to Anna Frodesiak's userpage is greeted with a warm welcome to Cafe Anna, with the walls covered with bugs, people and everything imaginable. Anna has been an ultra-friendly editor "helping folks out" since November 2008, creating dozens of drawings in the process. Yet that does not stop her from racking 30,000 article edits, 40 DYKs or making 1526 articles. Her primary interests are insects and Hainan related articles. Anna is a rare editor who even talks to vandals and asking them to behave, making her a true role model for all of Wikipedia.
Your ongoing efforts to improve the encyclopedia have not gone unnoticed: You have been selected as Editor of the Week, for her wide variety of fantastic contributions and her consistent voice of reason in her peer interactions. Thank you for the great contributions! (courtesy of the Wikipedia Editor Retention Project)
Good as gold!
After I asked for some other editors to provide email nominations for my still-rather-new Golden Editor Award, My76Strat sent me an email nominating you and speaking very highly of your contributions and your conduct. I didn't have to look around very long before I agreed that you are a Golden Editor. Your very impressive content work (over 40 DYKs, over 1500 articles created) could be seen as reason enough to give you the award. However, I don't want to overlook the "friendly spirit" that was also recognized when you were appropriately deemed "Editor of the Week" almost a month ago. All things considered, I am very happy to give you the Golden Editor Award. Congratulations and thank you, AutomaticStrikeout (T • C • Sign AAPT) 18:06, 4 May 2013 (UTC)

A Gem of Wikipedia
I present you with this award in recognition of your unique contributions to Wikipedia. Your level-headed approach to conflicts and disruption and an example to all users. You show integrity, dedication, diplomacy, and work in the best interest of the project. I mean, how many people would even consider attempting to reconcile with BuickCenturyDriver given their history. Your mind and heart were in the right place and it took guts to even try, regardless of the final outcome. This project needs you and more folks like you and I hope you know it. You are an indispensable asset to the project. EvergreenFir(talk) Please {{re}} 03:28, 25 March 2016 (UTC)

For tireless creation of a myriad of new high-taxa gastropod stubs, thus creating a proper structure for WikiProject Gastropods (dare I say a "backbone" or "skeleton"? For keeping a cool head during the current MMA discussions. Even when you have differing ideas, you avoided conflict and have been helpful in getting others to see the positive benefits of the recent changes. Your contributions during the "brawl" have consistently been constructive and have helped serve as an example to others about the proper way to disagree without being disagreeable. I think everyone appreciates the way you stayed open minded about the changes until there was enough of an article to judge the merits objectively. Thanks! For this. Regardless of anyone's view of the matter in question, regardless of the outcome of the MfD, regardless of whether or not you were successful in your request for Sally Season to remove the names from her userpage, no one can deny that your message to her was the friendliest, most diplomatic thing anyone could have said. I am thoroughly impressed with just how well you worded your message and how friendly you came across. I think if the US had had you on hand at the time, we could have probably avoided the Cuban Missile Crisis. If only every Wikipedian had the attitude that you have when it comes to talking with others (and, I admit, I couldn't hope to be as diplomatic as you). – RichardBB 08:41, 2 November 2012 (UTC)

What a Brilliant Idea Barnstar
For creating the Optional RfA poll and your continued contributions there. I noticed the results table you created and found that you created the project yourself. Although I think I opposed this measure at some point in the past, I think you were right to give hopeful editors this outlet rather than have them smack into the windshield that is RfA proper. Whereas a bad RfA could chase editors away (and they probably ought to be) this poll gives a softer landing for those editors and perhaps will help them reorient their ideas about contributing.
