Professor Abdul Rauf Rufi (Template:Lang-ur) is a Naat Khawan from Pakistan. He has released many albums of Na`ats. He is widely known for his naats, Meetha Meetha Hai Meray Mohammad Ka Naam and Shah-e-Madina among many others.
Career
Abdul Rauf Rufi has earned great affection of Pakistani nation in a short span of time, by being a Naat Khawan in Pakistan since the 1990's. He likes to use a lot of musical instruments including the Arab percussion drums and traditional Pakistani Tabla , Dholak and Dafli ( Daf ) when singing his Naats. He has an appealing singing voice. That's why he has become so popular among the Pakistani public.[1]
