    This page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.
    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    TamilMirchi. because any draft or article which has been uncontroversially deleted (i.e. not after a discussion, and not for G3, G10, G11, or G12 {Hoaxes, attack pages,copyright, or promotion issues}) may be restored on a simple request here for any user, even an unregistered user, with no more reason than "I plan to work on it". A deletion request by the "sole author" (aka G7) does not make restoration controversial. If this person was so unnotable, why did you make over 50 edits before requesting deletion of it? I don't even look how many edits the requestor has, before restoring, I just check that the page isn't a copyvio, an attack page, a blatant hoax or g11 level promotion. And if the requestor has only one edit, what makes you think that editor has a conflict of interest? Of course that is possible, and if there is one, Pearpen03 should promptly declare it, as specified in the linked pages. Bu please be careful not to cast aspersions.     Done Glacialgrandeur, because the second AfD was, due to low participation, classed as a "soft delete" and explicitly subject to restoration o9n a simple request. I don't know if anyone at the 2nd AfD considered the first, but there was a talk-page link pointing to it (also restored), so they could have. But the first was a "no consensus" result, not a keep, and those are often not given much weight in future discussions. I would advise, if you want this to stay around, finding additional; independent published reliable sourfes with significant coverage of O'Connor, and adding them to the article.
    Note that it is not his advocacy for people with disabilities that may make him notable but what other people have written and published about him. "Notability" here on Wikipedia does not mean "worthiness" it means someone who others have "taken note of" by writing about the person (or topic).
