TVN (stylised tvN; also known as TVN Asia) is a joint venture between Fox International Channels and CJ E&M. While it broadcasts television programmes from South Korea's TVN, it also carries some originals made for the Southeast Asian channel. The channel is distributed by STAR TV, another News Corporation subsidiary.[1][2][3]

On November 23, 2012, FIC and CJ E&M will rebrand tvN as Channel M, name after Mnet.
