Quinestradol (INN, BAN) (brand names Colpovis, Colpovister, Pentovis), or quinestradiol, also known as estriol 3-cyclopentyl ether (E3CPE), is a synthetic estrogen which is no longer used clinically.[1][2][3][4] It has been studied in the treatment of stress incontinence in elderly women with efficacy observed.[3][4]
