    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

I have two concerns. First, if the article is a copy of the deleted draft, then copyright attribution is missing and that needs to be repaired. Diannaa recently warned Abbasulu over other unattributed copying within Wikipedia. Second, if the article is a copy of the deleted draft, how did Abbasulu come to copy it, since the draft was deleted on 2 February 2018 and their account was created on 6 March 2018? They have recently recreated several deleted pages (List of songs recorded by Runa Laila originally created by sockpuppet Sadman Sakibzz, Taka Ana Pai originally created by sockmaster Makhamakhi, and Mone Pore Tomake), which makes me wonder if there's more going on than meets the eye.     Creating Draft:Paenibacillus stellifer

    We are a group of University students trying to create a wiki page for a neglected bacterium, P. stellifer, and we believe we may have accidently deleted the "AfC submission" code while editing. This page was not ready to publish nor for review from administrators. The "unambiguous copyright infringements" were likely code(s) copied from other wiki pages that we were using as a template/page formatting with the intentions of modifying to prevent copyright issues.     This should be a KEY page on wiki for Climate Risk Mitigation, UN COP1 - 26 inclusive & of course Climate Change. Please don’t believe me but see the web links and refs below.

    GCI wrote one of the cornerstones to the current UN COP policy on climate change as being used today, 03 November 2021 at cop26. this page is of both historic importance as I remember being at COP6 in 2000, with gci trying to help write the most radical and controversial part of one of the un policies. That same work is now central in policy at cop26 in glasgow. See wiki Contraction & Convergence. ( C & C)

    I am not lying when I give the following references as true- click through the links to the actual reports; The Pope ( support & ratify) Ban ki-moon Head of UN (supported & helped ratify the GCI work.) BMJ - British medical journal


    Other notes about GCI to show the importance of reducing the deleted page. The joint founder of GCI has been nominated for Nobel peace prize for his work . This work in called C&C and was published initially through GCI and in the guardian newspaper, before being accepted by the Uk government and then with that power of support to the un, plus many religious international multi-faith working parties & supported by the pope.

    Quotes on some of GCI’ s work are: On 24 June 2009, Rajendra Pachauri, (Chairman of the IPCC) said the following “ When one looks at the kinds of reductions that would be required globally, the only means for doing so is to ensure that there’s contraction and convergence, and I think there’s growing acceptance of this reality. I don’t see how else we might be able to fit within the overall budget for emissions for the world as a whole by 2050. We need to start putting this principle into practice as early as possible, so that by the time we reach 2050, we’re not caught by surprise, we’re well on a track for every country in the world that would get us there... On the matter of 'historic responsibility', there is no doubt that accelerating the rate of convergence relative to the rate of contraction is a way of answering that we really need to get agreement from Developed and Developing Countries to subscribe to this principle".[33]

    C&C is the most widely cited and arguably the most widely supported proposal for UNFCCC-compliance in play and many people believe C&C will yet prove to be the overarching principle that is adopted and that allows all nations to find common ground on how to achieve 'climate truth and reconciliation' and avert climate chaos.[34]

Secondly, the article contained sources from newspapers of worldwide importance such as: "El Pais" and "ABC" of Spain and "Izvestia" of Russia and others from newspapers of international importance such as "Diario de León" of Spain and "Komuna" of Russia. I have not had time to add more sources since they have deleted the article in breach of the 7-day deadline they had given me. Please give me an explanation of what has happened.[reply]
