    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting a refund of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    Megamax Services

    I uploaded this content to create a page for Megamax Services like other brands have (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infosys). I read the Wikipedia terms and conditions for the same and I followed and get this page created.     Not done – this page was deleted as a blatant advertisement under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia is not to be used as a vehicle for promotion. This does not necessarily mean a suitable article on this topic cannot be created. If it is a notable topic, e.g., multiple reliable, secondary, published sources that are entirely independent of the subject have written about it in substantive detail (not just mere mentions), then a neutrally written article may be possible. If you are a notable person, then somebody else will write your biography based on what has been written about you in independent reliable sources.     Not done – this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mahmudul Hasan Faisal, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, ComplexRational (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review.

    Ordinarily, I'm sympathetic to these requests and support restoration to Draft/User space. But given the self-promotional content of the article, I don't think it would remain in Draft space for any length of time and would just be moved directly back to main space as soon as it was restored. So, I don't support restoration. That's just my opinion as the AFD closer, it's ultimately up to the judgment of the admins who answer these requests and I trust that. Liz Read!     • I am looking for biographical details of the person. If it is not already published on reliable sources, then Wikipedia cannot have an article.     @UtherSRG is this a game or admins’ power trip?! @DrKay was the one to direct me to here after they deleted the category yesterday.
    The discussion took place 2 years ago. My category was deleted yesterday and as I outlined above, there is a significant new information has came to light. I outlined that the reason for deleting was factually incorrect and other countries enjoy have 8 different order of merits (with even less significant, e.g., Legion of Honour (Grand Master) and Order of Agricultural Merit not to mention Category:Recipients of the Order of Cultural Merit (Romania) which does not have a main page at all!) but for some reason National Order of the Lion is considered redundant 🤷‍♂️
    What kind of an overt Eurocentric bias is that?

Now, there is an article and for half of the 85 removed awardee it does define them, similar to any other orders of merits (e.g., Torild Skard, Ahmadou Lamine Ndiaye, Germaine Acogny and Aminata Sow Fall) plus why you thing an European order of merit defines Queen Elizabeth more than an African one?

CIPE is a 40 year old NGO, which was founded by the Raegan Administration and is part of 4 core organizations that comprise The National Endowment for Democracy, which itself is a part of Wikipedia.
