Bharatiya Tribal Party (BTP) is a political party based in Gujarat, India. The party was formed by Chhotubhai Vasava in 2017. Election Commission of India has allotted the Auto rickshaw symbol to BTP under paragraph 10B (2017), order dated on 9 August 2017.[1] Two Bhartiya Tribal Party (BTP) MLAs withdrew their support from the Congress government in Rajasthan on 11 December 2020.

Gujarat Assembly election, 2017

The Bharatiya Tribal Party (BTP), less than a month old, managed to win two seats in the 2017 Gujarat Legislative Assembly election. Its founder, Chhotubhai Vasava, is a well-known tribal leader.[2]
