[edit]Rajiv Gandhi Degree College is an establishment of Peace Educational Foundation Society, Rajahmundry. This College was started in 1991 by G.V. Harsha Kumar, This college is affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, A.P. India. This college is situated in Luthergiri with an extent of 2 acres of land.[2]
