Blu-Express is a low cost airline based in Fiumicino, Italy.[1] It is the low cost arm of Blue Panorama Airlines and operates domestic and international services.[2] Blue Panorama Airlines, with Distal & Itr, represents one of the principal airline transport groups in Italy and Europe.
