    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    Declined pending further information. This was undeleted over six months ago with a pledge that it would be worked on, but no edits were made to improve the entry for resubmission.     I have been working on the content for the page as needed to source more information that demonstrate that Adegoke Steve Colson is notable for Wikipedia. He falls into a category of musicians who is considered to be a leader and an innovator by his peers and musicians who have been influenced by his work. I have found sources that I want to include but personal chronic health issues have taken a lot fo my time. So am asking if I should start over or can I regain access to the draft so I can continue. I have to admit that it is a hugely frustrating process, where i was instructed by some editors to do different things to improve, only to hear after doing it from another that it was a wrong move and I should not. I was also offered several times approval of my draft for a $500 USD fee - which i refused. So, I take time to see other (VERY SIMILAR) listings that are active, and to understand why mine, being so similar is a clear sinner unworthy seeing daylight.       Thanks! i thought they may be a scam, but even if not - it did not sound straight or fair. so i refused. I know Wiki does not charge, and it was just weird to get such offers. All those claimed to be moderators/editors. Hmm...
      Sy Nicholas University - a separate entity? separate from what? from me? I used to work there until last year if that's what you mean. So, I try to create this listing as i found that place impressive, and amazingly devoted to well-being in animals, much more than average vet college...

    Hey there, I've reached out to the talk page of the editor, Tla, who nominated Mike Hall (Musician) for soft deletion in an effort to begin a positive dialogue about their concerns listed in the nomination.

    That being said; their main concerns for the nomination are as follows:

    1) The nominator believes that there were too many interview sources within the article.

    2) The nominator raised suspicions that I could be an undisclosed COI due to this article being my only current contribution to Wikipedia.

    That being said; here are my answers to the nominators concerns, and why I believe the article should be restored:

    - The subject has been covered and featured in multiple second hand, reliable sources from established newspapers, magazines, and music publication sites. A list of sources that very cleanly fit Wikipedia's notability guidelines can be found within the following links:

    1) https://archive.org/details/mike-hall-article-feature-1 , which is a front page full feature covering the subject's notability as a musician from the Madison Eagle, a NJ Hills Media Group newspaper.

    2) https://archive.org/details/1_20220616_20220616_2242 , which is a second hand piece written about the subject's notability as a musician that fits the criteria of significant coverage, which comes from a magazine published from NJ Advance Media.

    3) https://www.musicconnection.com/artist-to-artist-creating-for-the-bass/ , which is a full feature denoting the subject's notability and creative process from Music Connection Magazine, a publication that currently meets the notability guidelines for its own article on Wikipedia.

    4) https://www.theaquarian.com/2021/07/14/mike-hall-all-about-that-bass/ , a full feature and interview from The Aquarian Weekly that denotes the subject's notability and contains the necessary amount of second hand commentary from the author outside of the interview itself that qualifies for significant coverage, which is another publication that meets the notability guidelines for its own article on Wikipedia.

    5) https://bassmagazine.com/mike-hall-to-release-debut-solo-ep-the-next-step/ , a full feature of the subject's notability and review of the subject's debut EP, all being second hand commentary from the publication itself.

    6) https://www.flaunt.com/blog/mike-hall , a magazine that fully features the subject's notability as a musician in second hand commentary.

    7) https://thesource.com/2021/11/07/bass-phenom-mike-hall-covers-the-weeknds-heartless/?fbclid=IwAR2iIIkdzZfHb3LCjt3TMPFyihlzehA3ZgabzK6KhYSE4-DKYZt0QZYLqhs , a review of the subject's music and notability from The Source Magazine, which is another publication notable enough to have its own Wikipedia article.

    Considering that most editors on Wikipedia ask for at least 3 reliable, second hand sources with significant coverage to denote a subject's notability - I believe citing at least 7 of them more than proves it.

    - The article was reviewed, collaborated on, and ultimately accepted through AFC. I took no personal liberties in attempting to publish the draft immediately as a live article upon it's creation - being an inexperienced editor, I went through the appropriate channels for the draft that eventually got accepted. Two notable editors that reviewed the draft's creation, process, and eventual acceptance in particular that I can easily remember were S0091 and FormalDude. Additionally, suspicions of COI editing have been addressed and put to rest on my talk page from more than a year ago - the fact of the matter is that this was my first attempt of trying to find a subject that I came across online that I deemed acceptable for inclusion in Wikipedia based off of the qualifying sources available covering the subject, and that's simply it.
