Warangal Airport (or Warrangal Airport) (IATA: WGC, ICAO: VOWA) is located at Warangal in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The airport is to be reopened as of December 2007, and the AAI is expected to complete upgrades to the airport within two years. Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has discussed airport connectivity, with the hopes of facilitating industrial and tourist development.
