The Iran-Israel conflict is an ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel that began on April 13, 2024.[1]

Course of events

On April 13, 2024, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps naval forces seized the MSC Aries container ship, linked to an Israeli billionaire, in the Strait of Hormuz.[2][3].

Jordan announced a temporary closure of airspace over the country from 11:00 p.m. to 4 a.m.[1]. Iran launched dozens of drones at Israel, launching an air attack.[1].

Israeli media claim that several powerful explosions occurred in Tehran.[4]
