Janadhipathya Kerala Congress is a state level political party in Kerala. It was formed on 9 March 2016, through a split from the Kerala Congress (M).[1] Its chairman is Dr. K. C. Joseph

In the 2016 Kerala Legislative Assembly election, KC (Democratic) contested from four constituencies under the LDF coalition.[2]

Francis George left the party and joined in KC(M). On 14 March 2020, Dr. K. C. Joseph was elected as the new chairman of Janadhipathya Kerala Congress. They decided to stay with the LDF.
