World (previously informally also known as PBS World) is a 24/7 United States over-the-air digital subchannel showing public TV non-fiction, science, nature, news, public affairs and documentaries.[1][2] [2] It is contributed to by the Public Broadcasting Service, WGBH-TV, WNET, and administered by American Public Television.[2]
