The Nokia 6131 is a Nokia non-smartphone clamshell phone released in February 2006. It is available in several colors, but here it is shown only in black.

These phones are part of the BB5 series phones, which are more difficult to unlock compared to previous Nokia phones.

6131:
6133: Has a soft plastic cover like the 6131/6126 which has a faux-leather case cover. Only plays MP3 ringtones if they're converted to WMA format unless it is unbranded/debranded to Nokia's Default Firmware. For this to be done, the phone has to be sent into Nokia's repair center or another Certified Nokia repair center. Also, only signed J2ME apps are allowed access to the network stack, with no option to change it. This handset has silver keys, and slightly different arangement of camera lense and external LCD screen compared to the 6126 and 6131.
