NickMusic (formerly known as Nick Hits) is a Dutch pay television music channel for children in the Netherlands and Belgium. The channel is aimed at children from 5 to 15 years old and only plays music.[1] The channel launched as Nick Hits on 2 August 2007 and was rebranded by Nick Music on 1 February 2017.[2] It plays music from popular kid friendly groups both internationally like Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Miranda Cosgrove, Christina Aguilera, Pixie Lott, Robbie Williams, Sugababes and the Jonas Brothers as well as local groups like ZirkusZirkus, Jan Smit, Nick & Simon, Ch!pz, KUS and Frisz.[3]

The channel is one of the four Nickelodeon-channels in the Netherlands & Belgium (one of the three specialty networks), the other channels are Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and Nicktoons.

It was retired of Belgacom TV (the Belgium ISP) on 1 October 2013.

All of the channels changed their logos on 31 March 2010 to match the new style of Nickelodeon, the only notable difference in the style of this logo is the differently written i in the word Hits.[4] After the channel name change to NickMusic the logo also changed on 1 February 2017.

On 1 July 2020, an Australian version of NickMusic was launched through the Foxtel pay-TV service, followed by Sky in New Zealand on 6 July 2020.[5] This is a direct relay of the Dutch channel, not a localised version unlike other ViacomCBS-owned channels available. As a result, many Dutch-language pop music videos are seen on the Australian channel.
