Dumka Airport or Sido Kanhu Airport is a small airport serving the city of Dumka, located in the Indian state of Jharkhand. The airport currently does not have any scheduled commercial services and is currently used only by gliders[4] and state government aircraft.[3] however, scheduled services may soon begin to state capital Ranchi under the government's UDAN scheme.[5][6][7] Its expansion is also underway for the commencement of the scheduled services.[8][9]
There are plans to use the facility for training pilots.[10]
