The Government of Algeria allows citizens of specific countries/territories to visit Algeria without having to obtain a visa. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months from the date of entry into Algeria.

The citizens of the following 9 designated countries can stay 90 days in Algeria as long as their purpose is tourism or business:[1][2][3]

Diplomatic or Official/Service Passports

Holders of diplomatic or official passports of the following 30 countries can visit Algeria without a visa:[2]

Diplomatic Passports

Holders of diplomatic passports of the following 6 countries can visit Algeria without a visa:[2]

Israel

Entry and transit is refused to Israel Israeli citizens, even if not leaving the aircraft and proceeding by the same flight.[4]
