This is a list of notable Mexican-Americans, including both original immigrants who obtained American citizenship and their American descendants.

To be included in this list, the person must have a Wikipedia article, including references, showing they are Mexican American and are notable. Mexican-born persons should not be included here simply because they have worked in the United States, unless they are known to have become citizens of the country through naturalization.
