Yogurt soup (Turkish: Yoğurt çorbası)(Yayla çorbası) is a national meal of Turkish cuisine.[1] It is a yoghurt soup cooked with a variety of herbs (mint, spinach, parsley and others), rice and (sometimes) chickpeas.
