Inipit, which in Filipino means "pressed",[clarification needed] is a flat pastry made of flour, milk, lard, and sugar. Guiguinto, Bulacan and Malolos are known for their inipit. Philippine snack brand Lemon Square is also known for its first mass-produced Inipit.
