Notability of Stephen Tetteh

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Stephen Tetteh, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Stephen Tetteh seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Stephen Tetteh, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Welcome

Hello, Zombie433, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

There is a page about the verifiability policy that explains the policy in greater detail, and another that offers tips on the proper ways of citing sources. If you are stuck and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  triwbe (talk) 11:29, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Sunterra (band), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/Sunterra-Biography/771EB85407A7065748256D7500175284. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Proposed deletion of Aaron Fletcher

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Aaron Fletcher, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Advice on notability guidelines

Hi. You would save yourself disappointment at seeing your articles deleted by reading Wikipedia's guidelines on Notability and Notability (people) which determine who qualifies for an article. In particular, WP:ATHLETE, which is part of the "people" guideline, says that footballers need to have actually played in a fully professional league. WP:FOOTYN gives more detail. Notability of Tumor (Band)

A tag has been placed on Tumor (Band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. An article you created maybe deleted soon: Tools which can help you

The article you created, Celestial_Crown maybe deleted from Wikipedia.

There is an ongoing debate about whether your article should be deleted here:

The faster your respond, the better chance the article you created can be saved. This is because deletion debates only stay open for a few days, and the first comments are usually the most important.

There are several tools and other editors who can help you keep the page from being deleted forever:

  1. You can list the page up for deletion on Article Rescue Squadron. If you need help listing your page, add a comment on the Article Rescue Squadron talk page.
  2. You can request a mentor to help explain to you all of the complex rules that editors use to get a page deleted, here: Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User. But don't wait for a mentor to respond on the deletion page.
  3. When try to delete a page, veteran editors love to use a lot of rule acronyms. Don't let these acronyms intimidate you.
Here is a list of your own acronyms you can use yourself: WP:Deletion debate acronyms which may support the page you created being kept.
Acronyms in deletion debates are sometimes incorrectly used, or ignore rules or exceptions.
  4. You can merge the article into a larger or better established article on the same topic.

If your page is deleted, you still have many options available. Good luck! travb (talk) 21:25, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Anna Depenbusch

A tag has been placed on Anna Depenbusch requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 22:28, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Petteri Pennanen

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Petteri Pennanen, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Player has never played in a fully-pro league - Finland's Veikkausliiga is only semi-pro - and therefore fails WP:ATHLETE.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. The article Green & Gold Soccer Club has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on Sinupret Ice Tigers Transfers, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article that does not provide sufficient context to identify its subject. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. Orphaned non-free media (File:FK Torpedo MAZ logo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:FK Torpedo MAZ logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Clarification on Fernando Belluschi

Thanks for your recent edit [2] to Fernando Belluschi. If this was in response to the {{clarify}} tag I added, I don't feel as if this issue has been addressed. The 50% rights bit is still not explained—albeit briefly—for the layman. I've expanded on my comments at the talk page.

If, however, you were just adding a source and not directly trying to address the {{clarify}} tag, ignore this. Thanks.—C45207 | Talk 10:01, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Football transfer reference system

First and foremost, let me thank you for your ongoing contributions to the List of German football transfers summer 2009. As you are probably aware, the reference list of this article is not fully functional due to the large number of reference. I've taken the liberty of dividing it into three parts, one for each league. In order to place a reference on the appropriate list, please use the group extension. Group 1 refers to Bundesliga transfers, 2 to 2. Bundesliga transfers and 3 to 3rd Liga transfers. For more information on how groups work see reflist. When citing the same source multiple times, please use the name extension so as not to add unnecessary references to the list. Thanks again, your work is very much appreciated.Sir Sputnik (talk) 21:59, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:KDFF.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:KDFF.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 14:16, 9 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

I am contacting you regarding your recent edits linking players to other teams. Wikipedia is not a primary source of information, and all of its contents must be reliably sourced and verifiable. In this particular case, you should not add claims of a player X joining club Y unless you can provide an official source confirming this: that is, official public statements from at least one of the involved clubs; sources like football press articles linking players to a team are hardly reliable and should not be used instead, and blog references (such as the one you used with Javier Pastore, whose move to Palermo was not completed yet) should never be used at all. Regards, --Angelo (talk) 15:13, 9 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Likewise with your edit to Jean-Claude Darcheville saying that he had been released. Please take the time to provide a reference to back things like this up or people will just undo it. Chris Cunningham (not at work) - talk 11:49, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am quite sorry to note you are keeping on editing articles without checking for the real state of the things, as you did with Zlatan Ibrahimović and Samuel Eto'o. Again, a football rumour is far from being a completed and finalized move, and Wikipedia is neither a news service nor a place for incorrect information. So, I regretfully have to notice you with a first official warning: all of your following edits which are actually reporting false or incorrect information will be therefore regarded as vandalism, with all the given consequences. Regards, --Angelo (talk) 20:57, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Zlatan Ibrahimović, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. I am contacting in regards to you're recent edits to List of German football transfers summer 2009. Nightmare poster

Did you not get the point of the message? It's there to prevent editors from adding fan posters to the article, had a link to an image that doesn't exist is useless, like this internal link, it has no page so why provide an empty link? • S • C • A • R • C • E • 14:16, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is a very gorgeous fan-made logo, it's not official, see the A Nightmare on Elm Street photo, we need the writing at the bottom of the poster, plus it has to be obtained from New Line otherwise it's un-official • S • C • A • R • C • E • 14:23, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
We could find great use for this logo if you can find another source that states this image is official, can you? Also, your image requires a fair use rationale and some difference between this and the original per that rationale • S • C • A • R • C • E • 14:31, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I've uploaded a newer version of this image, this will greatly assist you in retaining the image • S • C • A • R • C • E • 14:38, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:A Nightmare on Elm Street 2010 poster.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image which is not under a free license or in the public domain and it has not been used in any article for more than seven days.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. • S • C • A • R • C • E • 14:19, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cut and paste moves

Please note that moving a page should be done using the "move" tab at the top of the screen and not by cutting and pasting as you appear to have done by moving content from the page currently at Matthew O'Connor (formerly Patrick Wilson II) to Patrick Wilson (soccer). Cutting and pasting does not preserve the edit history of a page and so is a violation of the GFDL license under which the content was released - see Help:Moving for more information. Regards, Guest9999 (talk) 21:34, 25 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Patrick Wilson (soccer)

The article your created at Patrick Wilson (soccer) has been nominated for deletion, as it was already under AfD as Patrick Wilson II when you moved that page to Matthew O'Connor and removed the AfD notice. refer Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Patrick Wilson II. Please also do not remove AfD notification templates. Also, creation of new pages should not be done by moving existing pages, as this creates in appropriate redirects and irrelevant histories.--ClubOranjeT 21:35, 25 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Patrick Wilson II

I have reverted your edits to Patrick Wilson II, undone the move to Matthew O'Connor and deleted the the article Patrick Wilson (soccer), as this is plainly inappropriate editing. If you wish to create an article about Matthew O'Connor, please do so in a new page and do not overwrite an existing article, even one that has been nominated for deletion. I have placed a copy of your text about Matthew O'Connor at User:Zombie433/Matthew O'Connor; you may create a new page with this if you wish. --Malcolmxl5 (talk) 22:51, 25 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar

Greetings. Reading some of your recent edits to football players playing in Germany, I get the impression that English is not your first language. I must commend you. Your English is excellent, but there are a few mistakes you keep making that I would like to correct.
1. A sentence in English always needs a subject. For example, you wrote, "before signed an two years contract with Fortuna Düsseldorf." It should be "before he singed a two-year with Fortuna Düsseldorf."
2. The word "than' is used only when comparing things. For example, "A is better than B." For after use "then". "Then he went to the park" is right, "Than he went to the park" is not.
3. The word "an" is only use before words that start with a vowel (a,e,i,o,u). There are a few exceptions to this rule. If a word starts with o but begins with "w" sound, like one, use a. In British English an is also used before words starting with h.
4. Don't separate sentences with commas. For example, "Tim Gorschlüter is a German football player, he plays for Sportfreunde Lotte." Here everything that comes before the comma can stand alone as a sentence. So can everything that comes after it. Instead of a comma, use a period or a semi-colon (;).
5. Things that show when something happened, like "in 2004", should go at the beginning of a sentence. Putting them in the middle isn't wrong, but it sounds awkward.
6. A contract over two years is called "a two-year contract" not a "two years contract". There should be a hyphen (-) between the number and the word year which should be singular not plural.
I hope this helps. Keep up the good work. –Sir Sputnik (talk) 00:39, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Since you changed clubs to two more players without any official confirmation (namely, Derek Boateng and Rasmus Bengtsson), and without even trying to provide any reliable source confirming them, I have to give you a second official warning. I would really appreciate also if you could reply to the messages left on your talk page, I am seriously concerned that you are simply ignoring all the notices and warnings you've received. Regards.

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Derek Boateng. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. --Angelo (talk) 11:16, 31 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Red Links

Hi, I refer to your recent removal of Red Internal Links from the page Natassia Malthe, removing red links was something I constantly used to do until I became aware of Wiki guidlines regarding them. Before removing Red Links please keep in mind that they can be important to wikipedia. Red Links lets others no what pages need to be created and reminds us that wiki is far from finished. It's also helpful for other users if you explain your edits using the summary provided. For more information go here. Cheers, have a great day. --Freikorp (talk) 11:41, 31 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Pijus Rulevičius requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Wake Wood, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.exclusivemedia.com/productions/wakewood.php. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

en-4?

In etlichen deiner Artikel (etwa hier) finden sich sehr merkwürdige Denglisch-Konstruktionen, von daher solltest du deine "en-4" Einstufung vielleicht nochmal überdenken. --bender235 (talk) 11:17, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Keine Reaktion?
--zombie433 (talk)
Alles klar. --bender235 (talk) 13:37, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why add Toni to the reserve roster when he is rehabing an injury? This is not like Thorsten Fink who was dropped from the first team. Raul17 (talk) 21:53, 16 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, as you forgot on your recent edit to The Hanging Woman. Thank you. Law Lord (talk) 19:57, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on The Hanging Woman. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Law Lord (talk) 02:57, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Sam Heenan, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sam Heenan. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Drag me to Hell

Hey Zombie, I just thought i'd inform you on your edite for Drag Me to Hell, that film plots do not generally need citation per WP:Filmplot. Since you work with a lot of film articles, I reccomend reading MOS:Film to understand the rules and measures we usually work with. This also goes for the List of zombie films article where you and many other users have cited imdb as a source. Cheers. Andrzejbanas (talk) 11:49, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ref tags

Hello. Thanks for supplying inline citations -- that's really useful. Just a formatting hint -- we put the punctuation before the tag, such as this.<ref>source</ref> So the full stop/comma comes immediately before the ref tag, with no space in between. Hello. Please don't take all the information out of the lead section of footballer pages and move it to some random point of the article, like you did to Semih Aydilek. Have a look at WP:LEAD. List of foreign players - Serbia

Hey, many thanx for solving my doubts. I´ve put them in the bottom of the list hoping somebody will know something about them. Can I ask you how did you done it? Do you know more about this players? couse I can´t find anything about them... I just had to take out Miloš Šćepanović couse I cant find that he played for the senior team, only as youth career, but, you put as he played for Red Star 2000-2006, but in his wikipage it says Partizan youth team 2000-2006. ??? Where he played? And one more question, you added Francuske to Rama, is that his name, Francuske Rama? or is he French (Francuska, France)? Well, many thanx again. FkpCascais (talk) 23:52, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How did you find the Spartak Subotica guys? Osvaldo Montero and Marco Antonio Seixas? I search the entire net and I couldn´t find anything... FkpCascais (talk) 00:38, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again. Listen, I really hope you want get me wrong, I really apreciate your help, almost no one else helped me, but I´ll have to ask you to check the players before including them to the list. About players: Ronald Habi is not Albanian, he has a wiki page, he is Croat/Hungarian, check it... Thanx for Leonardo. Anzour Nafash played in FK Sutjeska that is in Montenegro, and this list only comprehends players that have played in clubs from the present day territory of Serbia, in the 1st league. So, he´s not included in this list, as all the other foreign players from Montenegrin clubs such as FK Budućnost Podgorica, FK Jedinstvo Bijelo Polje, FK Mogren and FK Sutjeska. Darko Ramovš has a name that may sound Letonian, but he is Serbian, I did his wiki page, chek it... About Razvan Kirica, I know how his name is written in Serbia (I´m Serbian), but I write the names as they are written in their respective languages, as in all other wiki foreign players lists is done. So, in Serbia Razvan Kirica, he is Romanian, I write in Romanian → Răzvan Kiriţă. If you are interested, I started other two lists: List of foreign players in Serbian lower football leagues where you can find a list of all the foreign players that have played in all other leagues in Serbia (2nd, 3th, youth teams...) and I did also User:FkpCascais/Sandbox where I have a entire list of foreign players that have played in all yugoslavia + all new ex-Yugoslavia countries (Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Kosovo, only 1st leagues). I have Anzour Nafash in the Yugoslavia list, and I put "your" Miloš Šćepanović in the Serbian lower leagues list because he played for reserves teams of Partizan in Serbia. You can see the external sources that I used, (EUFO, Srbijafudbal, Transfermarkt, Worldfootball/Weltfussball, National-football-teams, Playerhistory from 2000-until now, Zerozerofootball, Zerodic ), so I know them all. It´s better to have a player in the doubt list, than in wrong country. Regards. FkpCascais (talk) 22:31, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Valediction

Hi Zombie433! I reverted your changes from "Valdiction" to "Locked In" because having the article talk about a film whose name is different from the one in the article's title without explanation is plain confusing for the unelightened reader. I'd already started a discussion on the article's talk page proposing to make the "Valediction" article into a redirect to Locked In, and added a note in the "Locked In" article explaining that it's also known as "Valediction" so readers would understand why they'd been redirected. I'm just waiting for some responses to the discussion before I make the proposed change. Cheers -- Timberframe (talk) 12:59, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Secret Sunday.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Secret Sunday.jpg.

I remind you user of Wikipedia:Civility so when users post discussion on your page, I'd recommend you reply to them, rather then delete them. Several additions you've made to pages have not been constructive or contain cites which I do not understand. I'm speaking specifically of the large amount of horror films listed on the list of horror films page and the citation you added to the Vampyr article. Can you explain them? I'd also recommend leaving edit summaries as well. By not following these actions, your edits will be reverted. Cheers! Andrzejbanas (talk) 03:53, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reverting?

Why is it you constantly reverting text messages someone (not necessarily me, but everyone with some critical comment) adds to your talk page? As a matter of fact, archiving those comments is strongly recommended. --bender235 (talk) 14:46, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm going to concur. On seeing several of your edits, a lot of them either do not make sense to me. This includes your citations on Vampyr that did not really add anything to the article and your lack of response to edits. Perhaps you should edit on the German Wikipedia instead? :) Andrzejbanas (talk) 14:47, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your Edit on Area 51 film article

Please do not add information that is incorrect. In the Background Section of the article, you stated that the film is based on the game and provided a reference. The referenced page did not state anywhere, nor did it even hint, that it is based on the game. Please make sure references are relevant. Just because it had the game's poster in the webpage does not mean it's based on the game. RyanGFilm (talk) 12:21, 19 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

List of Horror films

Dear Zombie433, I splitted List of horror films: 2000s into several articles since at 275KB this article is difficult to edit (see Template:very long). This tag got lost when you reverted to the old version. Please provide some reason for keeping the "status quo" on the talk page. Inwind (talk) 08:29, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Hatchet 2.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Hatchet 2.jpg.

Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 04:27, 27 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I apologize for inappropriately blocking you. It was for a duration of a couple minutes. It was triggered by what appeared to be an inappropriate edit to Body of Evidence (film) which I didn't realize was German, even though it was filmed in my home city. Some favours

Hi there ZOMBIE, VASCO from Portugal here,

Since it is almost Christmas, i would like to ask you some favors: 1- Please do not overlink in articles, one time is enough (please see here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overlinking#Overlinking); i explain better: when you insert Atlético Madrid the word is linked, if you write it again, please do not use the [[]] again, this is overlinking (simply Atlético Madrid or even Atlético is enough).

2- Please do not speak in present tense in Wikipedia (for example "Sporting Clube de Portugal has signed Mário Jardel"), in encyclopedias we always write in past tense.

3- Please stop removing EXTERNAL LINKS i add and moving it to REFERENCES. References are for articles in newspapers, interviews, etc, which contain conversation, analysis, etc. Stats which only have a photo and some stats are LINKS, not REFS (good example is what you did at José Carlos Fernandes Vidigal).

I think that is all for the moment, happy editing, Danke schön, Merry Christmas,

A tag has been placed on Abdourahime Toure requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 17:54, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. IMDB is not a reliable source, nor is Amazon categorization. Further, the film was not made by a South African company, nor is there any verified source stating it was filmed there. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 18:07, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Angel... album

Hey Zombie,

If you added some verifiable independent documentation of notability from established music reviewers to the album's article, I think it would probably have a much better chance of being kept. Thanks, Scott P. (talk) 18:46, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

We have not yet been able to find any professional reviewer, working for a music site or magazine and who is not a music distributor, who has yet reviewed "The Angel and The Rain" in English. I tried to follow your suggestions, but I didn't find this. If you could give us a link for such a review, we could probably keep the article. Otherwise, I will have to withdraw my support for it. AfD nomination of Il Parco Dei Sogni

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Il Parco Dei Sogni. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Il Parco Dei Sogni. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:08, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Be more carefull and check info twice before adding to pages, PLEASE!!!

Hi. Can you please be more carefull about your edits? You have been adding non-existing teams to footballers (like FK Javor to Stanley Ibe, can you please explain to me where you found that info?) or false stats (like you edited that Ilija Stolica played 58 league matches for Partizan, when he really played only 4, as it was already in the page before you changed it. You know it´s only LEAGUE matches/goals that count, dont you? Or, some time ago, you added a bunch of players to the Foreign players in Serbia list, that, after close look, came out to be ZERO players you added wright. You even said, after me asking you where you found "Francuske Rama", you told me that Francuske is an Albanian name, like François. Hahahahaha, there is no Francuske in Albanian, Francuske is completely other thing... Please, be more serious here! I´ll be watching your football edits, and if I continue to see you doing the bad job you have been doing, I´ll report you. Don´t mess out other people hard work. Dont need response. AfD nomination of Web Cam 3D

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Web Cam 3D. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Web Cam 3D.

--Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Abandoned.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Abandoned.jpg.

Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 15:24, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Football transfers and verb tenses

I would just like to point out a grammatical error that you are consistantly making. To footballers transfering on 8 January you added the sentence: On 08 January 2010 Club A have signed Player from Club B. Or something similar. Because the time is clearly defined, it should say: Club A signed Player from Club B. There are two other smaller details I'd also like to point out. First, there should be a comma after 2010, although I don't think many people would notice if it were missing, and secondly, please don't add leading zeroes to numbers. It should say 8 January, not 08 January. Thanks for adding the information. Your contributions are appreciated. Sir Sputnik (talk) 02:01, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:IF Limhamn Bunkeflo.jpg

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:IF Limhamn Bunkeflo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk) 07:21, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar

I would very much appreciate it if you would follow grammatical advice when given some. Some of what I have posted bellow I posted about half a year ago, and I still see many of the same mistakes. I'll repeat everything in German so that you might understand better.

1. A sentence in English always needs a subject which must always come before the verb. For example, you wrote, "before signed an two years contract with Fortuna Düsseldorf." It should be "before he singed a two-year with Fortuna Düsseldorf."

Zum beispiel, du hast geshrieben "before signed an two years contract with Fortuna Düsseldorf." Es solte heissen "before he singed a two-year with Fortuna Düsseldorf."

2. The word "than" is used only when comparing things. For example, "A is better than B." For after use "then". "Then he went to the park" is right, "Than he went to the park" is not.

"A is better than B." Für dannach bentutze "then" (dann). "Then he went to the park" ist richtig, "Than he went to the park" ist falsch.

3. The word "an" is only use before words that start with a vowel. There are a few exceptions to this rule. If a word starts with vowel but begins with a consonant sound, like one, use a. In British English an is also used before words starting with h. I have to give you credit here. This is something you've improved since I first posted.

"one", wird a benunzt.

This is called a comma splice, and is considered a very serious error, although I don't understand why.

Trenne sätze nicht mit Kommas. z.B. "Tim Gorschlüter is a German football player, he plays for Sportfreunde Lotte."

5. Things that show when something happened, like "in 2004", should go at the beginning of a sentence. Putting them in the middle isn't wrong, but it sounds awkward. If they are at the beginning of the sentence, place a comma after them.

6. As a general piece of advice, keep you sentences short. The single most common correction I make to your edits is to take something that you have written as one sentence and break it down into sevral.

7. For the most part, an encyclopedia is written in the past tense, especially when referring to events that have already happened.

8. Relative pronouns like who always replace the noun that immediately precedes them. For example, when wrote "He was later scouted by RC Lens who played in the Training Center of the youthteam", it means that RC Lens played in the training centre. Often changing the pronoun will correct the error. In this case, "where he played" would be the correct way of saying what it is your trying to say.

"He was later scouted by RC Lens who played in the Training Center of the youthteam" heist dass RC Lens im träningszentrum gespielt hat. Hier wäre "where he played" richtig.

I don't mean to be offensive, but I'm sick and tired of having to clean up your grammatical errors. If you can't improve your english to encyclopedic standards, I'm going to have to ask you to stop editing, and I don't want to do that. The edits you make would be very helpful, if they were grammatically correct.

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to List of horror films: 2010s, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. transfermarkt.de als Quelle

Hi ZOMBIE, VASCO from Portugal again,

Please do not add COACHING CAREER sections in players when it's a false input, for example you have done that at Ricardo Sá Pinto and Gerhard Poschner, a director of football is not the same thing as a coach, i think.

Thank you, until some other time,

Please stop adding links to Bloody Disgusting as references in this article, unless they actually serve to reference the text you are placing them in front of.

--Yoda1893 (talk) 17:59, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Exorcismus.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Exorcismus.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Page titles

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give Noel Seka a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Noël Séka. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. AfD nomination of Špejbls Helprs

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Špejbls Helprs. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Špejbls Helprs. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Orphaned and missing rationale images

The following images are missing fair use rationales and are also orphaned. This makes them subject to deletion in seven days:

Your recent edit to this page was marked as minor. Please see WP:MINOR. Minor edits are never for changes in content. The article Wykked Wytch has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails Wikipedia's notability guidelines for musical ensembles.

The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Neelix (talk) 13:51, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Saw VI Blood Drive.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Saw VI Blood Drive.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 22:21, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Andrew Kliment

I noticed in the Andrew Kliment article that you keep adding a reference to this page establishing that someone named Andrew T. Kliment is from Binghamton, New York and went to Utica College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in May 2005. Another editor (IP 24.77.77.171) seems to believe this is a different person from the article's subject. I've been able to find references verifying that the Canadian-born footballer Andrew Kliment was born on June 4, 1991, [6] making him 13 years old in May of 2005. I don't think this is the same person. It seems you might have searched for "Andrew Kliment", found the Utica College reference, and assumed it was the same person. If there is a reason why you still believe it is the same person it would be helpful to state that reason on the article's talk page. Narthring (talkcontribs) 22:25, 3 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

2010 Pentagon shooting

Hello Zombie433,
Just letting you know the date of death you have in the 2010 Pentagon shooting Criminal infobox is incorrect. I'd fix it myslf but article is protected.

You are a very prolific contributor, (58,000+ makes my ≈2,100 look insignificant), so I was also wondering why you tend not to give edit summaries?

Fair use rationale for File:Alone in the Dark II.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Alone in the Dark II.jpg.

Fight Club

Fight Club (film) is not a German thriller film. Why did you add this category? Erik (talk) 13:08, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please be aware that even if a German-originating production company contributed to the making of the film, this does not mean that it is recognized as German in the national sense. Many films, especially of this century, get help from international production companies. We need to identify the nationality by its home studio, however. Erik (talk) 13:12, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
A film like The Hangover getting help from the German production company IFP Westcoast Erste does not make it a German film. Since this category affects multiple articles, please discuss it at WT:FILM. Erik (talk) 13:13, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar

I know you say you speak English at a near-native level, and I'm sure your English is better than my efforts to write whatever your first language is, but you **really** need to work on your grammar and spelling. Your tenses are all over the place, your conjunctions are all wrong, and your sentence structure is totally whacked. If you're going to contribute to this project in a major way, your language skills really need to improve, because it's a pain in the ass having to cleanup after you every time you write something. Just some friendly advice. --JonBroxton (talk) 17:11, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Gates (TV series) writer Richard Hatem

Hi there. I am the one who created the infobox at The Gates. I just wanted to explain to you that most of the information in the infobox came from the press release (currently reference 1, name=PR). At the time, I cited the first item in the box with the source, (which happened to be writer Grant Scharbo), rather than adding the same cite all the way down the box (which IMO looks messy.) In response to your edit, I have placed the same cite that was next to Grant Scharbo also next to Richard Hatem, for fairness. I have removed your reference to Bloody Disgusting, which is not a reliable source nor was it formatted correctly. Both writers are properly and fairly sourced now. --Logical Fuzz (talk) 20:31, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Franck Etoundi, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.ftbl.com/ratingmatches/GameProtocol.aspx?gameId=27748. The article Gerson Aboagye has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable footballer who fails WP:ATHLETE and WP:GNG

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. GiantSnowman 23:54, 30 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations on receiving the Dr. Heiter Award!

For your contributions to The Human Centipede (First Sequence) I present you with the Dr. Heiter Award. "Feed!"

Hi there, thank you for your contributions to The Human Centipede (First Sequence). When the article was first started in October 2009 is was but a tiny stub that was immediately tagged for deletion, but thanks to the efforts of wikipedia editors that tiny acorn has grown into a great oak tree of an article. The Human Centipede (First Sequence) now has B-Class status and on the 17th June 2010 the article received its 1,000,000th page view!

The Dr. Heiter Award was created to reward editors who have made positive contributions to the article. It can be presented by any wikipedia user to anyone who has helped the article grow. This might be by adding new content, fixing any errors or reverting vandalism.

Thanks!

Discussion about you...

Hi, there is an ongoing discussion about your edit history and contributions Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Football#User:Zombie433. Please visit this page and enter communications with everyone so we can resolve this. Basically a number of users question some of your edits and wonder where your derive your sources from as they do not seem to match statistics fro known sources. Perhaps this is carelessness, perhaps it is dyslexia, perhaps it is because you have a better source, perhaps it is vandalism, I don't know.

Fair use rationale for File:Cabin Fever 2- Spring Fever.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Cabin Fever 2- Spring Fever.jpg.

Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Fair use rationale for File:Cabin_Fever_2-_Spring_Fever.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Cabin_Fever_2-_Spring_Fever.jpg.

Just a quick inquiry about your edit to Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (2011 film). You changed the release date from 2011 to 2010, but another editor recently moved the page to reflect the fact it was being released in 2011, as opposed to 2010. Is there a source that shows the release date to be 23 July 2010? IMDB currently has the release date at 21 January 2011. JEN9841 (talk) 06:22, 22 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

f.e.: I know the squadnumbers aren't mentioned, but as the new season is about to begin, the new squadnumbers aren't known yet. I find it also more clear when the players are listed per position, and not per squadnumber.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any news or improvements, but as I've already put in a lot of time and energy into this page, I would like it if you contact me before making major changes?

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:La Mujer Sin Cabeza.jpg.

Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 16:01, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Again, please provide a source for his US career (with Chivas USA). I think you mixed him up to a namesake or you worked for a agent to advertise the footballers with fake stats. Matthew_hk tc 20:47, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dread Central

Welcome back! I hope you will no longer add dreadcentral.com references to articles indiscriminately like you did here. Erik (talk | contribs) 21:46, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rupel Boom

I would appreciate it if you could leave the stats of the Rupel Boom players as they are. For me it is much easier if the seasons aren't grouped per team, it is much easier if theye stand per season, as they were. Now I don't know how many games are allready counted.

The article Chihuanhas has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

About a movie that has not yet been filmed. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. WP:FUTURE

Quable (talk) 21:17, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Final warning

I'm sorry to say that your refusal to acknowledge the seriousness of the problem asserted of your edits (namely that you repeatedly add material which is either dubious or outright false to our biographies of living persons) has left me no other choice but to issue you with a final warning. The next time that you add material to a BLP which is either false or dubious and unreferenced, I'll block this account indefinitely. Your productive contributions do not excuse you from following what is now considered to be one of our important policies. If you have any questions feel free to leave me a note.
