- As of 3 June, the total number of cases in Sikkim was two, both of them active.[2]
- As of 7 June, the total number of cases was seven, all of them active.[3]
- As of 12 June, the total number of cases was 27, including 24 active cases and three recoveries.[3]
- As of 23 June, the total number of cases is 78, including 49 active cases and 29 have cured.[3]
- As of 26 June, the total number of cases is 85, including 46 active cases and 39 have cured.[3]
