Miss Guam Universe (formerly known as "Miss Guam") is the oldest national pageant in Guam. The winner will be the ambassador of beauty in the island and will represent the island at the Miss Universe pageant. The current titleholder of Miss Guam 2014 is Brittany Bell.
History
Miss Guam identified was held for first time in 1966. The pageant will be selecting the winner for the Miss Universe and runner-ups for the Miss World and Miss International pageants.
Since 2001 Guam did not send at the Miss Universe pageant due to lack sponsorship from the event.
In 2008 the Miss Guam renamed as Miss Universe Guam and will be choosing the representative at the Miss Universe and Miss International. Since that year, Miss Universe Guam has two official licenses for the island. Meanwhile, the representative for the Miss World will be choosing by Miss World Guam pageant who marked the license in 2011.

Representatives at Miss International
In beginning 2010, the second title of Miss Guam automatically will compete at the Miss International pageant. On occasion, when the candidate does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, another girl is sent.

Notes
- 1974 Miss Guam Elizabeth Tenorio also held the title of Miss Guam World 1978.
- 1998 Miss Guam Joylyn Munoz also held the title of Miss Guam World 1995.
- 1999 Miss Guam Tisha Heflin withdrew from the competition due to illness. It is believed she was pregnant but no records show this to be true.
- 2001 - 2007 no pageant.
- 2008 Miss Guam Siera Monique Robertson won the title of Miss World Guam 2011 and competed at Miss World 2011 pageant.
