The Address the BLVD is a 72-storey 370 m (1,214 ft) skyscraper currently topped out in Downtown Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[2] It will have 200 five-star-hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences. It is expected to be completed in 2016 and set to open between August and September.[1][3]
