Hello, I'm Don4of4. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Samosa, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Don4of4 [Talk] 14:50, 9 May 2013 (UTC)
Rubik's cube
Please stop inserting that external link into the article, if you continue it could be considered edit warring. When reverted, you are expected to discuss the issue, not simply do the edit again, see WP:BRD. It is not appropriate, first of all, because we do not normally insert EL into the body of the article (WP:ELPOINTS), but also it fails WP:ELNO on a number of counts, particularly that its main purpose seems to be to sell cubes. There are numerous sites offering solutions to Rubik's cube. There is nothing special about this one and no reason it should be in Wikipedia. SpinningSpark 15:24, 9 May 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Dainik Tribune
Hello Ujjwal234goel,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Dainik Tribune for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Falkirks 14:55, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Front page of Dainik Tribulln.gif
A tag has been placed on File:Front page of Dainik Tribulln.gif requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Logo of TARA Muzik.jpeg
A tag has been placed on File:Logo of TARA Muzik.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
Hello, I'm ConcernedVancouverite. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Tara Newz, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! This is your last warning. The next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Tara Newz, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You have just been warned not to add uncited material but instead of discussing you turned round and put it straight back in again. Take this also as a warning not to edit war, for which you will be blocked if you continue. SpinningSpark 07:36, 24 May 2013 (UTC)

Non-free rationale for File:Danik tribune.GIF
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Danik tribune.GIF. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:21, 1 June 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of TCYonline.com
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on TCYonline.com requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Article Feedback Tool update
Hey Ujjwal234goel. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.
We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.
Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) 22:04, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
Overlinking
Hi, I noticed a few minor issues with the wikilinking you've been doing on some articles - it's generally only necessary to link a term once in an article, and common terms need not be linked at all. See WP:OVERLINK for more on that. Happy editing! AdventurousSquirrel (talk) 04:53, 6 September 2013 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Prison manuals, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to a nonexistent page, or a redirect loop.
If you can fix this redirect to point to an existing Wikipedia page, please do so and remove the speedy deletion tag. However, please do not remove the speedy deletion tag unless you also fix the redirect. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Hello, You nominated a page for deletion concerning a significant organization in the politics of climate change. I think it should be clear why this organization is notable due to its direct involvement in forming the Kyoto protocol and IPCC negotiations since then. Actually, what you nominated for deletion was a redirect page with the correct name, but incorrect capitalization. How on earth can a redirect to a legitimate article be nominated for deletion? Estimation statistics
Hi Ujjwal, There is overlap between estimation theory and estimation statistics, but the page I edited was covering the practice of statistics, not the theory of estimation. I have requested the page be undeleted. Please let me know if you can re-instate the page, it took me many hours of work to write it so I would as least like a copy of the text.

Deleted article restored
As a result of a request at Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion, I have restored the article Estimation statistics, which had been speedily deleted under CSD A10 (Recently created article that duplicates an existing topic) as a result of your tagging it. I fully agree that the article is an unnecessary and unhelpful fork of the article Estimation (statistics), but it was nearly five months old at the time of deletion, and I can't see "recently created" as a valid description. You are, of course, free to take the article to articles for deletion if you like. However, perhaps merging the articles would be better than deleting one of them. The article Kleptographic attack has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- The article is no more than a paragraph taken from Kleptography, there is no need to have a copy unless the author intends to expand on it.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Thanks, Ainlina(box)? 18:31, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
Copyright problem: Kleptographic attack
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Kleptography into Kleptographic attack. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Psychonaut (talk) 11:00, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
Copyright problems: India and Agrawal
Further to the above, I've noticed a couple further instances where you copied text from one page to another without giving the required attribution (at least initially). In this edit you copied material from Goel (India) to Agrawal; you didn't provide the attribution until you reinserted the material after being reverted. In this edit you inserted material from Indian Space Research Organisation and Science and technology in India into India, and again your edit summary doesn't explicitly state that it was copied from those articles. It is very important that whenever you copy text from one article to another, you provide correct attribution in the edit summary, or better yet, with a {{copied}} template on the articles' talk pages. Failing to do so is a violation of copyright, and you will almost certainly be blocked from further editing if you continue. —Psychonaut (talk) 11:13, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of public sector undertakings in India, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages PEC and MSTC (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

VisualEditor newsletter • 19 December 2013
Since the last newsletter, the VisualEditor team has worked on some toolbar improvements, fixing bugs, and improving support for Indic languages as well as other languages with complex characters. The current focus is on improving the reference dialog and expanding the new character inserter tool.
There have been dozens of changes since the last newsletter. Here are some of the highlights:
- Rich copying and pasting is now available. If you copy text from another website, then character formatting and some other HTML attributes are preserved. This means, for example, that if you copy a pre-formatted suggested citation from a source like this, then VisualEditor will preserve the formatting of the title in the citation. Keep in mind that copying the formatting may include formatting that you don't want (like section headings). If you want to paste plain, unformatted text onto a page, then use Control+⇧ Shift+V or ⌘ Command+⇧ Shift+V (Mac).
- Auto-numbered external links like [1] can now be edited just like any other link. However, they cannot be created in VisualEditor easily.
- Several changes to the toolbar and dialogs have been made, and more are on the way. The toolbar has been simplified with a new drop-down text styles menu and an "insert" menu. Your feedback on the toolbar is wanted here. The transclusion/template dialog has been simplified. If you have enabled mathematical formula editing, then the menu item is now called the formula editor instead of LaTeX.
- There is a new character inserter, which you can find in the new "insert" menu, with a capital Omega ("Ω"). It's a very basic set of characters. Your feedback on the character inserter is wanted here.
- Saving the page should seem faster by several seconds now.
- It is now possible to access VisualEditor by manually editing the URL, even if you are not logged in or have not opted in to VisualEditor normally. To do so, append
?veaction=edit
to the end of the page name. For example, changehttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
tohttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random?veaction=edit
to open a random page in VisualEditor. This is intended to support bug testing across multiple browsers, without requiring editors to login repeatedly.
Looking ahead: The transclusion dialog will see further changes in the coming weeks, with a simple mode for single templates and an advanced mode for more complex transclusions. The new character formatting menu on the toolbar will get an arrow to show that it is a drop-down menu. The reference dialog will be improved, and the Reference item will become a button in the main toolbar, rather than an item in the Insert menu.
If you have questions or suggestions for future improvements, or if you encounter problems, please let everyone know by posting a note at Wikipedia:VisualEditor/Feedback. Thank you! Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 20:39, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
Re:Bihar
...This edit is nonsense...(submitted by User:Naver.np) and not done by you. (my apologies in case you received revert notification)
Since you've already reverted the edit, i presume you've checked the diffs.
Well, do we have any WP:RS saying it is? Shivam Setu (U-T-C) 18:13, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
Editing others' comments
Please do not use AWB to change typos in other people's comments like you did here and here. This is an inappropriate use of it and can result in the tool being disabled from your account. only (talk) 14:54, 29 December 2013 (UTC)
- Also, please stop with your editing of spaces between sentences per Wikipedia:Mos#Spaces_following_terminal_punctuation. This is a completely unnecessary edit; you should not be using AWB simply to do these kind of edits. only (talk) 14:57, 29 December 2013 (UTC)
- I second these concerns. Why are you copyediting noticeboards at all? And this is a closed AfD discussion; it has a notice on it saying not to edit it any further. What's up? This isn't enough? Yngvadottir (talk) 16:28, 29 December 2013 (UTC)
Hello. I use mainly AWB to cleanup pages that I have contributed. So when I created pages that I had contributed the pages like Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English and Wikipedia:Requests for page protection and were in my list. I am sorry that I edited these pages. Secondly, about double spaces I edited. I did not know about Wikipedia:Mos#Spaces_following_terminal_punctuation.--Ujjwal234goel (talk) 10:10, 30 December 2013 (UTC)

Help me!

My account has been renamed from User:Ujjwal234goel on english wikipedia. Can't my account be moved on on other wikis like hindi wikipedia, wikidata etc. Also I was previously allowed to use AWB but now I cannot use AWB. Please Help.--Wikiuser13 (talk) 16:36, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
- I have removed Ujjwal234goel from the AWB approved list and added Wikiuser13.
- See m:Help:Unified login, especially the section "How to unify your accounts". If you have any problems, I suggest you ask advice from user Avraham (talk), the bureaucrat who renamed your account. JohnCD (talk) 20:21, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
- There is no global rename yet. You will have to ask individually on projects with their own 'crats and at meta for the stewards to rename on projects without crats. -- Avi (talk) 20:38, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
