Avon Township is a township in Lake County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 65,001.[1]

Geography

Avon Township covers an area of 23.8 square miles (61.7 km2); of this, 1.4 square miles (3.5 km2) or 5.71 percent is water. Lakes in this township include Cranberry Lake, Druce Lake, Grays Lake, Highland Lake and Third Lake.
