It is interesting to note how many of these (our) sculptor's descendants (after skipping a generation or so) are looking around for what can be found about gramps. Hi, Lockley. I saw that at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Deerfield Square you said that the AfD notice on the article was malformed. That's because when a contributor uses Twinkle to create an AfD page, the notice automatically has a red link. I don't know why it does this, but I do know that if you want to fix the notice, all you have to do is make an edit on the article (Deerfield Square). Well, as you asked, here's my reason. Disambiguation pages are for disambiguation. Nothing is ambiguous about John Collier (artist) until a second artist with the same name appears.    Well said, except it sounds like Lockley wanted to use John Collier (artist) as a Dab page. If so, then whenever there is an artist John Collier with an article that keeps that title from having a WP:primary topic, the two will be dab'ed w/in (a section of) the John Collier Dab page. John Collier (artist) can't become an INCDAB, but it can (and perhaps should already be) a Rdr to the appropriate section of the existing Dab.

There seems to be a dispute over this edit that you made in 2007 to the article Bauhaus [[1]] in particular the line that reads: Meyer was also compromised by a sexual scandal involving one of his students, and Gropius fired him in 1930. - Was this a joke or a serious incident? It's funny that you would ask... yes I do know about Mr. Coe. I would say his greatest work in Beaumont would be the Jefferson County Courthouse. It has some amazing detail work. The Athenaeum Theatre in Paris

Hi editor Lockley. I noticed that you have made edits to the article on the French playwright Jean Giraudoux. I also noticed that you are interested in the arts. I have recently begun building an article on the Athenaeum Theatre. It is a wonderful building—one of the most beautiful in Paris.

List of demolished entertainment venues in Paris

Should the List of demolished entertainment venues in Paris include the Salle Ventadour in which the theatre interior was demolished and converted to offices? If we don't move to that list, somebody may think it is still a functioning theatre (unless they read the article). And shouldn't the Théâtre des Arts be included in demolished opera houses? When the Théâtre National was handed over to the Paris Opera in 1794, the theatre was remodeled, renamed, and used as an opera house until it was closed in 1820 for demolition. Also the Salle Louvois was used as an opera house in the 1820s by the Théâtre-Italien. Rossini was the director and many of his operas were produced there. It became quite popular. Hi Lockley. Do not worry about removing stub tags. I think your rule of thumb is probably correct. Go ahead and delete them when your judgement says to. I was not sure if I should be including them anyway. I guess I did so in an excess of caution—I am still scoping out the Wikipedia culture and practices.

Do you think there are any Paris theatres that I left out of my list of Closely related articles? I particularly want to someday address the close historical and artistic connections between these theatres (particularly the Athenaeum ), Giraudoux, Louis Jouvet, and French drama in the interwar years in general.

Category:American alumni of the École des Beaux-Arts

I'm curious why you created this category. I know of no other division of alumni categories by nationality, and unless the school segregates in some way, it seems that nationality and school attended would be an irrelevant intersection. postdlf (talk) 22:15, 17 April 2011 (UTC)

Here's why it makes sense to me. The cadre of American artists and architects coming out of the Ecole and back to the U.S., beginning with Richard Morris Hunt in 1846, had a profound effect on American standards of professionalism and craft. System D and Tuchman

Hi, in Oct last year you removed the reference to Tuchman's book "The Guns of August" as "not supported by source". It is indeed in the source on page 394 but the wording could perhaps be adjusted. Could you please enlighten me? V29 (talk) 20:44, 24 April 2011 (UTC)

Of course. I removed this sentence: "In The Guns of August, Barbara Tuchman uses the term to describe the normal operation of the French military in the beginning of WW1." To me that's way too broad, and could be seen as insulting. Tuchman does use the term. Some time ago, you did a huge and very nice gesture checking the article “Ethereal being” and removing the copy-edit Tag. This article has been improved the last six months until few days ago some user(s) messed it and filled it with tags. New Category: American silent feature films

Hi Lockley, that's a great new feature started in the categorys of American silent films. Is that a bot or are you actually going through your paces linking up each film. While I'm not keen on too many categories, this new one sorts out 'features' from 'shorts' such as two-reelers and also 'serials' which are several films in one. Again great initiative . I don't know what's to happen to the old "American silent films" category, should we keep it as a supplementary category or do away with it. Also are you good with uploading film poster? William Desmond Taylor edits

I'm doubtful about the 21 December 2011 edits made to William_Desmond_Taylor. I have seen no contemporary evidence that Taylor directed A Soul Astray, A Story of Little Italy, The Son of Thomas Gray, The Beggar Child, The Song of the Sea Shell, or A Slice of Life. Taylor's film career is fairly well documented, and I have seen nothing to indicate that he worked for American Film until 1915. IMDB is very unreliable. According to scholarly U.C. Santa Barbara web site http://www.filmandmedia.ucsb.edu/flyinga , A Soul Astray was directed by Thomas Ricketts; A Story of Little Italy and The Son of Thomas Gray were directed by Lorimer Johnston; The Beggar Child, The Song of the Sea Shell and A Slice of Life were directed by Henry Otto; Even if Taylor did direct those films (which I doubt), what makes them "notable"? I did not know

that Morley was connected with the Fisher Theater. Gadzoooks, it is a small world. The Morley house in Santa Fe is one of the original Pueblo Revival events, now surrounded by an 8 foot (give or take) wall. Morley's efforts as a spy in Central America during WWI is another odd moment. I received a disc in the mail, a friend is looking at it for me. Life here is even more intense than normal.

Thank you for your recent articles, including Bayonne refinery strikes of 1915–1916. When you create a new article, can you add the WikiProject assessment templates to the talk of that article? See the talk page of the article I mentioned for an example of what I mean. Usually it is very simple, you just add something like {{WikiProject Keyword}} to the article's talk, with keyword replaced by the associated WikiProject. You do not have to rate the article if you don't want to, other WikiProject members will do it. Those templates are very useful, as they bring the articles to a WikiProject attention, and allow thm to start tracking the articles through Wikipedia:Article alerts and other tools. Convict Leasing

Hello Lockley. Thanks for the edit regarding the Selma Rome & Dalton Railroad reference within the convict leasing article. I think that there is still a problem in that the article includes a link to a Georgia and Alabama Railroad article that includes the statement: "The Georgia & Alabama railroad began operation on June 1, 1989..." Thus, it can't be the convict-lease-era Georgia & Alabama railroad, given the start date of 1989. (I was not sure if this comment should be on my talk page, your talk page, or the article talk page. Infoboxes

Lockely, I like all the new dam articles you have been making, particularly List of United States Bureau of Reclamation dams which is a great overview to what they did in the west. I am curious though if you wouldn't mind adding Template:Infobox dam to anymore new articles you make. It will save an editor time later if they expand the article and you can plus the coordinates in for a map which can add context to an article w/o an image. A good thing about the infobox is that it will expand just as much as the info in it, even if it is a little. Great idea on the use, I thought we had everything in there. Most lists of dams include the uses and the infobox should too. I will get to it in a week or so and can update articles too. Formatted references

Hello Lockley. I noticed on the many articles you have been creating that the references aren't formatted, just bare URLs. One of the biggest problems on Wikipedia with bare URL references is that if/when the link becomes dead, it is hard to find that source for verification. If the title, author and year are in the the format, it makes it much easier to find the new target or another URL that hosts the same source. In addition, formatting references gives the article a more professional and trustworthy appearance. To make this easy, I use the refToolbar on my editor which formats my references quickly. Hi Unlawfully blonde. I wouldn't call that redundant. The first mention of Rasmussen's overall performance in 2010 is a short summary. In context it balances and corrects what would otherwise be a clearly promotional tone and multiple claims of accuracy. The second mention is longer and more detailed, and it belongs where it is, in the criticism section. I have to say, I don't see a problem. Le Solitaire (film)

Hello, I appreciate the fact that you are taking interest in French films. I have got the very film at home and over the years I watched it about ten times. Before I wrote the English article I read the German and the French Wiki article and I watched the film again while I wrote the article. All the information provided in this article is covered by the IMDB and Allmovie, except for the plot. I was once told that the film itself was a source for the film's content. Obviously it is not. So I removed it. Please tell what I can do better in the future. Shall I provide the ISBN number of a DVD release of the film? Hello again, thank you for your explanations and your recommendation. For some time now I have been busy with filmographies of successful French actors. Just today I added a wikitable to the biography of Karin Viard. Once I am done with my list, I will check existing film articles for possible improvements (like translating French role descriptions, adding infoboxes and more external links etc.)... I wrote the aforementioned article only because somebody had put the title into "my" wikitable (Belmondo's filmography) and providing an article of that very name was a way to get rid of a redlink (without hurting the feelings of the contributor). I would like to ask, because all the information in the article is from a single page in the book referenced, whether adding that fact to the reference list would erase the need for inline citations. Additionally I would like to point out the unreliable way pages get reviewed, I have created a lot of similar pages recently (and will create more in the future) and only two of those have been labeled with the inline citations box, while most of them have been simply marked as reviewed and left at that. I think it's great you have 51,000+ edits and so on as advertised on your userpage, but what in the world is the point of tagging a redirect as orphaned, as you did in these 3 cases? [4] [5] [6]? Sorry to be such a grump, but this is the third time in as many days I've found someone zipping through other people's work making changes without paying attention to context. The community wants this tag used to identify potentially solvable problems, not to create a complete index of all articles with zero, one, or two incoming links. If the community actually wanted every orphan tagged, it would be using a mindless bot to tag these articles, rather than relying on editors and their best judgment.

As already mentioned, I have been beset recently by editors with automated tools racking up their edit counts by making thoughtless changes others have to undo. I was only mildly annoyed when I first wrote to you, but I am now greatly pissed off by (first) your ignoring my message, and (second) your apparent disinterest in understanding why what you did was annoying to another editor. Excuse me, but you don't know what you're talking about. As explained clearly here [9], redirects should never be tagged as orphans. If you disagree, please explain why on that discussion page. The fact is that Lockley should be more careful to understand what he is doing before doing it, and you should be more careful to understand what's going on before taking sides. Do not tag redirects

I read the exchanges on Wikipedia talk:Orphan#tagging redirects as orphans and came to look at your edit history to see if you had understood what User:PamD wrote, as User:EEng clearly thinks that you have not. Bottom line is you have repeatedly been told not to place orphan tags on redirects, if you continue to do so you will blocked for disruption.

One of the problems with edits to redirects is that it prevents an article being moved to that redirect without administrative intervention (as a history of more than one edit blocks moves -- as the history has to be deleted before a move can be made and only administrators can delete edit histories), so adding theses tags are inappropriate in more than one way.

In looking at your edit history I can see that there is another issue. It is debatable if small stubs need a {{unreferenced}} see the template's doc "Consider not adding this template to very brief stubs, since anyone visiting the page can see, in a single glance, that it contains no citations". But your method of adding them is definitely not considered acceptable, as you are mass tagging articles without spending any time looking for references yourself. See WP:V which is the policy that covers this issue and makes it clear that you should attempt to find references yourself before tagging or deleting text. Neither action in itself would usually be seen as disruptive, but rapidly mass tagging small stubs without looking for citations yourself could easily be seen as such as there is advise against both tagging small stubs and tagging articles without looking for citations yourself.

Another thing I noticed in some of your edits is to create blank section (here] for example), blank sections are depreciated. So if you are going to create empty == References == sections, then place the {{unreferenced}} template in it rather than at the top of the article (so that there is something visible in the section) and place {{reflist}} template directly under {{unreferenced}} (so that if someone creates an inline citation using a ref tag pair that the template to display the inline citation already exists. -- PBS (talk) 13:27, 22 January 2013 (UTC)

I am not a disruptive editor and I'm shocked that you would threaten me with a block. Look at my edit history more closely. You'll find I tagged three of User:EEng's soft redirects as orphans, accurately and in good faith, once. I haven't touched them since. I haven't touched any other redirects since. This editor reverted those edits, came to my page, tried to pick a fight (visible above), quickly went and changed the policy, and engaged in a personal attack on me, also visible above. All this over a very small matter that had already been fixed, and that I'm not particularly interested in.

He's also continued to post to my talk page after being warned by another editor not to.

Review EEng's talk page and you'll find an editor with a rich history of personal attacks, bad faith, inappropriate "jokes", needless conflict, and spectacular insults. If you want an ordinary example of his interpersonal skills, see here. If you want an example of out-and-out arrogant cruelty, see this response to an unregistered editor. If you're looking for somebody to ban or block, EEng is a much better candidate than me.

(At first I thought he was a disappointed teenager, but his response showed he was actually a disappointed 30-year-old, so the situation was dire -- the true cruelty would have been to allow his delusions to remain unopposed.)

• What everyone keeps telling you is that quality of edits counts more than quantity. You still don't seem to get that.
• If you don't want me posting here, don't continue to discuss me, or the brouhaha you have raised, here.

• your own Talk page (of course)
• Wikipedia talk:Orphan. I modified Wikipedia:Orphan to clarify that the orphan tag should never be applied to redirects, and you reverted, then opened a discussion on Talk:Orphan. So I edited Orphan first, but you edited its Talk first -- and I joined in, naturally enough, since you'd reverted my edit (which, by the way, was upheld in the ensuing discussion).

Now, this latter item is very interesting. Since you had never edited Orphan before, it seems unlikely it was on your watchlist. How then did you happen to revert my edit just 20 minutes after I made it? You went through my contributions, didn't you? Ooooh! You STALKED me! Oooooh!

As far as I'm concerned this juncture -- at which you've made a further fool of yourself by accusing me of something I did not do, but which you did do, is a fine time to bring an end to this matter, unless of course you keep harping on this, here or elsewhere. Hopefully when we meet again it will be under more pleasant circumstances.

I assumed good faith and expected that you would self-censor your actions as you gave your word that you would. However your edit history since giving your word belies that assumption.

Having posted here at 18:19, two and a half hours later (at 20:48, 22 January 2013) you edited the stub Ernest Roume which consists of one line diff with three references. In doing so you breached your word. How can it not be clear on a one sentence stub to which sentence is supported by the three references (if you had looked at the French original then it is obvious that the section label "Further Reading" was mislabelled)? The breach of your word over that edit less than two hours after you gave it is stunning. The simple fix would have been to check the Further reading to see if it were mislabelled, or do what I did and perform a Google search to to find a source, doing that took me minutes, formatting it several more, but an edit like this is far more constructive than yours and follows guidance and policy which you did not (see WP:CHALLENGE).

Looking at your edit history since you gave your word to modify your edit behaviour, I do not see any sign that you have modified your behaviour. For example:

In the case of San Sebastián (Morcín) the diff shows not only did you add a template to the top, less than one minute after you previous edit, but you also added an empty references section at the end of the article. You are clearly still mass tagging stubs, and not looking for references before doing so. Despite the problems I've had with Lockley, and while his editing has indeed been disruptive (in the sense that it's distracting a lot of other editors from other things while they correct problems it's causing) I don't think it's intentionally disruptive. The problem might stem from a preoccupation he seems to have with reducing the new-page review/patrol/curation/whatever backlog, as symbolized by this Defcon thing [11] -- I get the feeling he's taken on a personal mission to keep the backlog down. Defending myself

First. Apart from the very occasional outright error, I can defend every edit I've made as accurate. I'm learning from this experience that one mustn't go around tagging unreferenced articles as unreferenced, or tagging orphan articles as orphans, and one mustn't be too productive, or concentrate in one area, beyond the bounds of what other editors seem comfortable with. (See the current accusations against Johnpacklambert.) Those rules still seem to me contrary to logic. To my eyes they lead off into an area of subjective judgments and Jesuitical subtleties of policy. But I accept them.

Second. As to your monitoring me, PBS, after your initial contact, may I break this down. This is a bit tiresome but I want to show that the basis for your warning is not accurate.

• On Ernest Roume, here's the diff. You can see that I marked this, not as "unreferenced" but as "lacking inline citations" (and catimprove). I see that as accurate and appropriate. Is that incorrect? Perhaps I misunderstand the aim of new page curation. Is it to see that any problems with new articles are properly marked? Or is to resolve all those problems there and then?

• On the four Asturian parish articles you cite, here are the diffs. 1 2 3 4 Have a closer look and you'll see that this accusation is incorrect. I did not commit the offense of marking an unreferenced article as unreferenced. Because I've stopped doing that based on your advice. The templates I added are geographical templates.

• To make it clear: contrary to this accusation, I've held to what I said, I am not mass-tagging stubs. The long list of "add template" descriptions in my edit history that you see in the last couple of days? Those are additions of geographical templates.

• "In the case of San Sebastián (Morcín) the diff shows not only did you add a template to the top, less than one minute after you previous edit, but you also added an empty references section at the end of the article." You might notice I've been working to improve this area by completing and interwiki'ing this set of articles. This is one of them. True, I created a blank reference section, but with the intent of circling back fairly shortly to resolve it.

• If I'm simply being accused of being a mindless human bot, does it help to point out that I've also begun to create new articles, Carabanzo, Sotiello, Congostinas, Tuiza, Zureda, to strengthen the area of the encyclopedia I'm working on right now? Does my past work here or here or here, for instance, count for anything to prove my value as an editor? If so, there are several hundred other examples.

Well, I have modified my behavior and have shown it. I did not commit myself to providing references for stubs beyond my current frame of interest.

Upshot. Having worked the deletion queue in the past, I understand the virtues of crisp decisions and quick action. This experiment is under constant assault by all kinds of nuts, miscreants, oddballs, and little captains with big boots. You spend enough time doing this, and after awhile everybody looks like some kind of trouble. I'm not trouble.

PBS, here's what I'm going to do. I'll stop working the new page curation. I'd like you to lift your "only warning" and remove the blade above my head. Let's talk about what you're comfortable with. Look, this is getting completely out of hand. I have no WP:PRIVACY problem with the material Lockley posted which you later pushed him to strike. Let me explain.

A sidelight to Lockley's and my whirlwind romance to date is that, for reasons which need not detain us here, he made the teasing implication that I had attended Yale -- an implication to which, of course, every Harvard man is honorbound to take umbrage. I naturally obliged. [12].

Lockley subsequently emitted a replacement implication that I attend Rutgers, and for some unaccountable reason you have shamed him into striking that [13], though I can't imagine why. Rutgers is a fine school and should I, on departure for my freshman year in Cambridge, have boarded the train for New Haven instead, and should I, while brooding over this ghastly misstep enroute to what surely would be my doom, have noticed the train passing near Rutgers along the way, I would have happily jumped ship (to mix metaphors, I'm afraid) at that point and spent four comparatively happy years as a Scarlet Knight—my wistful dreams of a lost Harvard career put in reassuring perspective by the occassional nightmare of the dreadful Blue melancholy to which I might, but for the grace of God, have been permanentlhy condemned. So Rutgers I can take -- just not Yale. Anything but Yale.

I have struck out some of the previous edit in light of what you have written above.

However I think that your argument about Ernest Roume "You can see that I marked this, not as "unreferenced" but as "lacking inline citations"" is disingenuous, as it ought to be clear to you that {{unreferenced}}, {{refimprove}}, {{no footnotes}} and {{more footnotes}} and similar are much of a muchness. But to prove the point see this diff at 00:04, 24 January 2013, to the article Tsomo River) which was sandwiched between two edits less than two minutes apart. So I will not remove the warning.

There is no reason to stop reviewing new pages, just slow down and spend more time on each page and consider the most appropriate edit to make rather than automatically jump to adding tags to stubs (or add empty section to articles). I demonstrated how you can make a more positive impact with my edit to Ernest Roume. Adding such a citation does two things it fixes a problem here and now with a stub and it keeps the unreferenced templates (with their categories) for those articles that need it, giving positive leads and a higher priority to those articles (as they are not lost in the snow of small articles for which citations can easily be found). If you do add a tag to a page then why not explain the reason for the tag on the talk page? Eg

• "I looked in Google books and could not find a reference".
• "The only references I could find for this information was in a foreign language that I could not read."
• "The only pages available on the web that I could find were unreliable sources."

Also some articles may not be notable in English (eg small Spanish villages), if such articles are created and there are no sources for them then it may be more appropriate to put them up for deletion. But that is something that has to be considered on a case by case basis.

Well, PBS, some of what you say is still arguable. For instance, I see a real difference in those tags, and that inline-ref tag on Ernest Roume is factually accurate and, I believe, appropriate. But I'm not argumentative and this gets to a level of detail that neither one of us, I imagine, is much interested in exploring. I have voluntarily stopped reviewing new pages. I stopped "mass tagging" stubs the first time you told me, and showed you that I stopped. I'm a responsible, cooperative, experienced editor who is in danger of being blocked by you at any moment. No, I am not saying a stub should never receive a tag. As I posted at the start of this, follow both the letter and the spirit of the policies and guidelines and use you common sense (eg no point putting an unreferened tag on a one line stub that has general references section, instead either turn them into inline citations or leave well enough alone). For example I created a stub article the other day -- because another article I was working on mentioned it -- called Temple du Marais by copying the information from the French article but I could not find a suitable English source so I tagged it. The copy of the French article mentioned a Michel Villedo. There was no English language article, but there were English language sources, so no need for a tag. If we could automate the algorithm, then a bot could be delegated to do make the decisions. We do not do that because human judgement is needed on what is the most appropriate action to take. -- PBS (talk) 01:35, 25 January 2013 (UTC)

Hi, you had tagged the E-CellID page as lacking proper inline references which it was quite true, I wonder if after the changes I did you would consider it a good idea to remove the tag. The article is certainly very short, but I have my doubts on how interesting it can be for people. Is there a good way of knowing how many hits an article gets? Just did my Mother's Day show on KLDK last night and included, of course, Ernie K Doe's classic Mother-in-Law. Hope that's not your story too. I was just editing Ron Asheton, adding his guitar solo on Ragnar Kvaran's Wrecked On Love, and decided to do an article on the elusive Kvaran. It could lead to all sorts of wikilawyering, which might be fun to watch. Or not. In off to visit Kara on Thursday, in Akron, Ohio. so plan on visiting and shooting Herman Matzen's two works at the courthouse there. Which we need pictures of. I recently

went on a stub spree for women artists who showed at the Armory Show. I see that you have discovered some of them and are actually making them work. Many thinks. Just back from Akron, Ohio with a bunch of buildings - well 4 or 5 - but am having trouble figuring them out. It turns out that no one has really "done" Akron before. I did meet (see Very random occurrence on way to airport) Don Drumm (sculptor) and got his picture but not much else. He did do a few architectural things. One I have already posted - I found it in my Walker & Weeks book, but not that weird. The CCH had two nice lions (also posted) but another sort of Beaux-Arts event has two crazed lions up a few stories. That's the fun one but I have found nothing as to who what why when or where. Where is W Market St, but that's it so far. I should have worked up the Carnegie Library i a few days. I am not getting around well as I injured myself in the 44th Annual Hippies ve Indians softball game, in which I pitched 9 innings and lost 29 to 27. Women painters

Thanks for your response but please discuss this on your talk page, not mine. The category problem Wikipedia encountered was the ghettoization of women writers, painters etc. All of the painters you removed from the category were also in a non-gender specific category. If you're going through a systematically emptying categories you need to discuss it and get agreement first - or propose the categories for deletion discussion. about Gotthelf Fischer von Waldheim

Hi Lockley,

In the Mammal Species of the World; Dipodinae [14] this subfamily belongs to Fischer, 1817, but two of the synonyms belongs to Dipodes Fischer de Waldheim, 1817 and Dipodum Fischer de Waldheim, 1817. Hi DenesFeri -- just judging by his biography, those Fischers are likely to be the same person. He was working before and after his Russian ennoblement, which would have changed the citation in exactly that way. I'd have a look for any other Fischers doing taxonomy around the same time. I was visiting Dr. Kvaran in Akron and saw this large cor-ten sculpture and fell into talking to a neighbor about it and she told me that the sculptor lived two blocks away. Viola! A picture. Also just got back from Phoenix and my dentist in Nogales, Mexico, so have another building, Nogales, Arizona, a church, to add to our collection. A few days away. And you? The courthouse is a done deal - with a nice Justice finial and an . . . . ....... interesting pediment filled with symbolism way beyond me. In fact, give it a try, see what you think. WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages

Thank you for your recent articles, including Jan Cybis, which I read with interest. When you create a new article, can you add the WikiProject assessment templates to the talk of that article? See the talk page of the article I mentioned for an example of what I mean. Usually it is very simple, you just add something like {{WikiProject Keyword}} to the article's talk, with keyword replaced by the associated WikiProject (ex. if it's a biography article, you would use WikiProject Biography; if it's a United States article, you would use WikiProject United States, and so on). You do not have to rate the article if you do not want to, others will do it eventually. Those templates are very useful, as they bring the articles to a WikiProject attention, and allow them to start tracking the articles through Wikipedia:Article alerts and other tools. This can help you too, as the WikiProject members will often defend your work from deletion and try to improve it further. Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like more information. Sonya Rapoport inline citations

Can you please explain what you mean by there being a list of references but almost no inline citations on the Sonya Rapoport article? Benedict Cumberbatch lead

Hello! I have just an immediate concern about Cumberbatch's page. Its leading paragraphs were changed and it indicated that "his parents were actors". I am just alarmed by this sentence as his parents are not dead nor are they retired from acting. There are a lot of sources to support this. I also think that the first paragraph is poorly written and the previous version is better as it's lists everything from theatre to radio that made him notable and worthy of a Wikipedia page. I do think that's the purpose of the lead paragraph so that's why I am sending you this request. Thank you very much and I hope you can make changes immediately to lessen misinformation.
