- Teen People Currently redirects to People Magazine's entry, but more than deserving of its own article, which many will contribute to. Groundbreaking teen magazine launched in 1998 that Rolling Stone called the Bible of teen culture. It was the first major magazine to launch with a website. Main focus was entertainment, and it helped catapult Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and the like to superstar status; was also the only teen magazine to meaningfully cover urban culture (they were the first teen magazine to put a Black man, Puff Daddy, on the cover). But real-life issues were a vital part of the book, as was the case with their parent book, People; the magazine won the GLAAD Award for Outstanding Magazine Overall Coverage in 2003. Won the ASME Award for General Excellence in 2001, the only time a teen magazine has done so, beating Vanity Fair, Sports Illustrated, Rolling Stone and Health. After the teen celebrities they helped to go mainstream started turning up on the covers of "adult" books like People and Us Weekly, and with their young audience increasingly turning to the Internet for up-to-the-minute celebrity news, Time Inc closed the title in 2006. http://www.nytimes.com/2006/07/26/business/media/26mag.html http://www.medialifemagazine.com/news2001/apr01/apr30/4_thurs/news1thursday.html http://www.medialifemagazine.com/news1999/june99/news2615.html http://www.jossip.com/teen-people-dropped-to-make-room-for-people-style-watch-20060905/ http://www.glaad.org/media/release_detail.php?id=3352 http://www.huffingtonpost.com/eat-the-press/2006/07/25/breaking-teen-people_e_25798.html http://www.mediabistro.com/fishbowlny/breaking_news/breaking_teen_people_folds_40790.asp

- shard / shart / sharding / sharting - seems to be new, but the cross between 'farting' and 'shitting' on oneself - basically a really wet fart. It is used in the movie "Along Came Polly" when Hoffman 'sharted' at the party. Whether it is spelled with a 'd' or a 't' is uncertain (can't even google this word!), but given the root, it seems it should be a 't'.

I would like to include an article about "Thayam" it is also called "Thira" a traditional form of art practised in northern part of kerala state of south India. The above art is being pratised for the last two centuries by speciffic communities of Hindu religion.
It is also said that the above Thayam / Thiram is another form of Khathakali. The only diffrence is that Thayam is performed by low cast people and Khathakali is performed by high cast people of Kerala state.
Now the this unique art form is in the verge of extiction becuase of various reasons.such being people performing were switched to other jobs, migration of people to urban areas etc.
Also would like anybody who has more information to include their knowledge about the subject.

Video games
This page has a backlog that requires the attention of willing editors. Please remove this notice when the backlog is cleared. |
This page is a list of video game-related topics for which editors have requested articles be created. Any editor can submit, review, or otherwise help manage requests. There are currently ' requests on this page and 349' archived requests.
Before placing a request, be advised of the following:
- Only add requests for notable topics. Subjects require significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject for articles to be created. Requests must include external links to multiple reliable sources that prove its notability. See WP:VG/RS for more information about reliable sources for video games.
- Do not place requests with insufficient sources in hopes for more sources to be found later. If a topic does not have enough right now, it should not be added. Do not use this page as a source aggregator.
- Do not place requests for remasters, compilations, or expansions. Though there are exceptions, these topics are usually better discussed in articles about the original games. Add sources to those articles' talk pages instead.
- Most requests are never fulfilled. If you look at old revisions of this page, you will notice that many requests still have red links. (2017, 2014) There are also hundreds of requests that have been archived due to no action being taken on them. Requests can sit for several years before being assessed, and any editor may remove a request from the list if they deem it not notable. If you really want to see an article made, it is a better idea to make it yourself.
- Old requests are archived. In an effort to keep the list manageable, games that do not have substantial coverage beyond reviews and release information will be moved to an archive if the request is not acted upon within a year. The intent is to limit the list to new requests, and topics that are highly notable and should be prioritized. Requests in the archive can still be reviewed for creation as any other request. Before placing a request, ensure it is not in the archive list. If new substantial material is published for a topic in the archive, it can be moved back to this page.
Instructions
- To add a new entry:
- Read the "Before placing a request..." section at the top of this page.
- Follow the technical instructions at the bottom of the list (hidden in article source, you will need to be in edit mode to see)
- Optional: Sign your request (with 3 tildes), as it will help you get notified as to your request's fate
- To review a request:
- Review the links provided to determine if GNG has been met.
- If GNG is met, take the sources and create an article at the appropriate article name. If it is not met, determine if there is possibly a better location, or target article to discuss the subject, and merge into there. It is possible there may be no place to merge and the request should just be canceled.
- If you know who placed the request, send them a message letting them know what you did with the request
- Remove the entry from the list.
- Move old requests to archives:
- Requests should be moved to Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Requests/Archive if both these conditions are met:
- Has been listed here for at least 1 year
- The sources provided do not demonstrate sustained, significant coverage. (Typically meaning the sources only consist of release information, reviews, and previews. They lack development information, staff interviews, retrospective coverage, or other analysis.)
- Requests on the archive page can still be assessed and created like any request on the main page.
- Requests should be moved to Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Requests/Archive if both these conditions are met:
