Bhagabanpur II (community development block) (also spelt as Bhagawanpur) is an administrative division in Egra subdivision of Purba Medinipur district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Bhupatinagar police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Bhupatinagar.

As per 2001 census, Bhagabanpur II block had a total population of 167,181, out of which 85,434 were males and 81,747 were females.
