This is a list of flags of states, territories, and other entities, sorted by – but not necessarily in the order of – their color combinations.

If there is any red in the flag, start in the red group below; and similarly on down: when no red but blue, start in blue, when no red or blue but green, start in green, etc. Relative to color order, they also follow the list order, not the appearance-on-the-flag order. For example, the Pan-African flag is red, black and green, from top to bottom, and Malawi's flag has black, red and green bands with an insignia, but both are listed under "Red, green and black" below.
