Trustpuram (Tamil: டிரஸ்ட்புரம்) is a residential area in Kodambakkam, the home of Kollywood, in the city of Chennai, India. It is in the vicinity of Mahalingapuram Nungambakkam, T Nagar, one of the prominent central business districts of Chennai, and Vadapalani. It is about 7 to 8 km from the Central Railway station. It has a huge playground that usually bustles with a lot of activities in the morning and evening. It has a few small temples. There are some famous schools and colleges in the vicinity. It has Indian Bank, Bank of India Kodambakkam Branch. It also has a ground. Trustpuram Was the first residential colony developed by erstwhile Madras City Improvement Trust(CIT)under the leadership of Captain Gynaolivu. Originally it had six streets with approximately 190 Houses with some vacant plots, a market place and a community hall.
