Coromandel Plaza is a shopping mall situated in Navalur, Chennai. It is the first mall to be built on the Old Mahabalipuram Road. The mall houses a 1,500-seater four screen multiplex operated by AGS Cinemas.[1] The mall has a built up area of 3 lakh sq.ft.[2] However, because of high rent, no one rents the place.
