Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology (RIT) is an private engineering college in Tamil Nadu, India. It is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, and accredited by AICTE, NBA.[citation needed] The college was established in 2008 by the Rajalakshmi Educational Trust, Rajalakshmi Institutions. The campus is 10 km from Poonamallee bus stand (8 Km from REC) and located in Thiruvallur district Tamil Nadu.
