Chicken karahi (Template:Lang-ur) or murgh karahi (Template:Lang-ur), or kadai chicken, is a dish from Pakistan and North India noted for its spicy taste. The dish is prepared in a karahi. It can take between 30 and 50 minutes[1] to prepare and cook the dish and can be stored for later consumption. It can be served with naan, roti or rice. This dish is one of the hallmarks of Pakistani cuisine.[2]

The dish is known as gosht karahi when prepared with goat or lamb meat instead of chicken.

Besides taste, it has good nutrients included e.g. yogurt, ginger, garlic, tomato, lemon, green coriander, etc. which are enriched with vitamins and minerals to satisfy the daily requirements of a human body.[3]
