Datuk Hassan bin. Malek is a Malaysian politician and the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Kuala Pilah constituency in the State of Negeri Sembilan. He is a member of the United Malay National Organisation (UMNO) party in the governing Barisan Nasional coalition. He is the Minister of Domestic Trade Cooperative and Consumerism.
Hassan was a member of the State Assembly of Negeri Sembilan for the constituency of Juasseh.[1] In the 2004 election, he was elected to the federal Parliament for the seat of Kuala Pilah.[2] He is a Deputy Minister in the government of Najib Tun Razak.[3]
