Haldibari (community development block) is an administrative division in Mekhliganj subdivision of Cooch Behar district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Haldibari police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Haldibari.[1][2]

Haldibari is located at 26°20′N 88°46′E / 26.33°N 88.77°E.
Haldibari community development block has an area of 149.48 km2.[2]
Gram panchayats
Gram panchayats of Haldibari block/ panchayat samiti are: Baxiganj, Daxin Bara Haldibari, Dewanganj, Hemkumari, Per Mekhliganj and Uttar Bara Haldibari.[3]
Demographics
As per 2011 Census of India Haldibari CD Bloc had a total population of 103,969, all of which were rural. There were 52,851 males and 51,118 females. Scheduled Castes numbered 63,609 and Scheduled Tribes numbered 313.[4]
Literacy
As per 2011 census the total number of literates in Haldibari CD Block was 62,837, out of which 34,912 were males and 27,925 were females.[4]
