Muhammad Bakhtiar bin Wan Chik (Jawi: محمد بختيار بن وان چيق; born 22 May 1965) is a Malaysian politician. He is the current Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Balik Pulau constituency in Penang, Malaysia and Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture of Malaysia from 2018.[1] Muhammad Bakhtiar is a member of People's Justice Party (PKR), a component of Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition.
