The following is the plants sublist of the list of the codes for MeSH (Medical Subject Headings), a comprehensive controlled vocabulary for the purpose of indexing journal articles and books in the life sciences; it can also serve as a thesaurus that facilitates searching. It is a product of the United States National Library of Medicine.

This list is the B06 sublist of the full list. B06 relates to plants, and is further subdivided as shown by the section headers below.

The source for content is from the 2006 MeSH Trees.[2]

This list is intended to help the reader find the appropriate article given the formal MeSH name or number for a plant or plant-related subject The MeSH number in the list is linked to its entry in the MeSH database. Since there are plants that may not yet have Wikipedia articles, each entry also has a list of search links (wd|gwp gwe g|in it p) to assist in finding information outside of Wikipedia in the form of a list of symbols as listed in the legend.
