Visa policy of Mali

Visitors to Mali must obtain a visa from one of the Malian diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.[1][2][3]

Visa exemption

Citizens of the following 21 countries can visit Mali without a visa:[4]

Holders of diplomatic and service passports of Cuba and Russia do not require a visa.

Visa on arrival

Until 9 March 2015 citizens of most countries were able to obtain visa on arrival. However, they are now required to obtain a visa in advance.
