Visa travel access for PRC regular passports

According to visa and passport information from International Air Transport Association (IATA) provided by Delta Air Lines, the following countries and territories provide visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to holders of PRC private passport.[1] Where visa-free access is permitted, such access is not necessarily a right, and admission may technically be at the discretion of border enforcement officers. Visitors engaging in activities other than tourism, including unpaid work, may require a visa or work permit. As of April 2011 Chinese immigration authorities do not allow mainland Chinese citizens to board outbound flights without a valid visa for the destination country even if the destination country grants visa on arrival to Chinese passport holders. Exceptions are possible if the traveler has a third countries visa and a connection flight from the destination country to the third country. [2]

Gambia	A visa can be issued to tourists traveling on a charter flight or as a part of a tour package. Within 48 hours [67]
Ghana	A visa can be obtained by holders of normal passports, provided prior approval has been obtained (minimum of 48 hours required) with the Director of Immigration.[68]
Hong Kong	7 days for those transiting to a third country. Not applicable for those wishing to visit Hong Kong only. except for a max. stay of 2 months, for holders of a Hong Kong (SAR China) "Travel Pass" [69]
Ireland	Up to 90 days when visiting Ireland via UK with a valid UK visa [70]
Israel	A visa can be issued for groups of 10 or more passengers holding confirmation from the Israeli Ministry of Interior [71]

South Korea	30 days. Visa-free only for stays on Jeju island [73] 30 days. Kuwait	for vacation or leisure for a max stay of 1 month and having sponsor in Kuwait, who holds the original visa, and holding confirmation from the transporting carrier that visa is available upon arrival (at a fee of max. KWD 5.-) [75]
Kyrgyzstan	1-month visa issued on arrival, if required, a visa, valid for one month for all nationals coming from countries with representation of Kyrgyzstan, provided holding confirmation from Kyrgyzstan authorities[76]
Lebanon	On arrival: if required, at Beirut Int'l Airport to businessmen, bankers, directors and investors for a stay of max. 6 months. Visa issuance is based on prior approval obtained from the Lebanese Immigration Directorate, arranged by a sponsor who must present the application in person. Processing will occur within 48 hours. On arrival: if required, at Beirut Int'l Airport to tourist groups (minimum of 8 persons), provided sponsored by a registered tour operator in Lebanon, for up to a max. stay of 6 months. On arrival: those whose visa is available at Immigration BIA provided having been cleared by the transporting carrier by written notification from Immigration BIA[77]
Macau	7 days for those transitting to a third country. Not applicable for those wishing to visit Macau only. [78]
Mali	A visa can be obtained by contacting Le Directeur des Services de Scurit("Director of Security") at Bamako [79]

Myanmar	On arrival (if not possible to apply for a visa through an embassy or consulate-general of Myanmar): at Yangon Airport, for a max. stay of 28 days, provided holding a pre-approved letter issued by the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism (MHT) and submitting a copy of the passport, itinerary and address in Myanmar. Norfolk Island	Visa exemption may be granted to those holding a visa permitting travel to Australia, which must be valid for 30 days beyond the period of intended stay in Norfolk Island [83]
Panama	30 days, for Those holding a visa for Australia, Canada, U.S.A. or a European Union member state [84]
Pakistan	Holders of normal passports endorsed "Public Affairs" for a max.stay of 3 months [85]

Syria	Visa issued for passengers whose visa has been arranged by sponsor in Syria through Immigration Authorities in Syria [90]
Taiwan	Must first obtain the "Taiwan Entry and Exit Permit" issued by Taiwan to nationals of China (People's Rep.) not residing in Taiwan. [91]
